With our Pick-A-Piece party YOU control the price of your party.

YOU choose the price range of the pieces the guests will paint. (pieces start at $12)

OTL takes care of it all! From set up to clean-up, your party is hassle free.

In addition, you save $$ because you will not need to purchase party favors because each guest will make their own.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Pick a date and time to PARTY!

            AT LEAST 2-weeks prior to your date come into the studio to reserve your day & time.

  • We take great strides to give you a full party experience.  Our parties are structured to get the most out of your time, which does not allow for any additional activities (Please no noise makers or confetti, pinatas, face painters, etc.).
  • Payment of party fee is required to reserve a party date. If cancelation notice is given 72 hours prior to party time, the fee will be refunded. If notice is given after 72 hours, deposit will be applied to a future party

APPROX. 1 to 1-1/2 WEEKS:

  • Party host will be called to pick-up all party pieces.

We offer 3 party options to give you flexibility

 OPEN STUDIO:

 Option 1: 

          TABLE RESERVATION PARTY 

  • Party fee of $25 for groups over 6 includes 1.5 hours of studio time for up to 12 Open Studio parties are limited to 3 non-painters. Pottery is additional.  At least one Artist Assistant will be dedicated to help set-up, & guide guests.
  • 12 PEOPLE (including painters & non-painters)
  • Parties will begin at the reserved time.
  • This party is a painting event only.
  • Due to COVID food is not allowed in studio during open hours.

 

AFTER HOUR: 

Option 2: 

          CREATIVITY & CUPCAKES

  • Party fee of $100 includes 1.5 hours of party time for a minimum of 8 painters and a max of 20 Pottery is additional.
  • At least one Artist Assistant will be dedicated to help set-up, guide guests, help with cake and provide clean-up
  • Parties will begin at the reserved time.
  • The guest of honor is asked to arrive 30 mins. prior to party time to allow for set-up and to greet their guests.
  • Party guests must arrive 15 mins. prior to party time for painting prep.
  • We start with painting of the selected piece which typically takes about an hour.
  • That is followed by cupcakes (Due to COVID cupcakes MUST be store bought) & presents.
  • Due to time, the risk of damage to pottery and COVID cupcakes are the ONLY food permitted during kids parties.

 

Option 3: 

          BIRTHDAY BASH

  • Party fee of $150 includes 1.5 hours of party time for up to 20 guests (minimum of 8 painters).
  • Pottery is additional.
  • At least two Artist Assistants will be dedicated to help set-up, guide guests, serving cupcakes and drinks (self-contained drinks please) and provide clean-up.
  • Parties will begin at the reserved time.
  • The guest of honor is asked to arrive 30 mins. prior to party time to allow for set-up and to greet their guests.
  • Party guests must arrive 15 mins. prior to party time for painting prep.
  • We start with painting of the selected piece which typically takes about an hour.
  • That is followed by cupcakes (Due to COVID cupcakes MUST be store bought) & presents.
  • Due to time, the risk of damage to pottery and COVID store bought cupcakes are the ONLY food permitted during kids parties.
  • We then go out to our fence where the birthday child gets to “leaf” their handprint on our “Creativi-tree”!
  • We finish off the event with fun photos at our photo booth!
  • AGAIN – Timing is important! It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to paint & the remaining 30 minutes are for cake, presents, handprint & photo booth.
